In October 2023, I competed on stage in the WA IFBB Bikini Competition just 12 months after having my first son. It was a journey of discipline and perseverance, and I am proud to have made it to the stage.
I have also been lucky enough to work & travel with a number of elite sporting teams across Sydney, Brisbane & Perth:
About me
I have worked with elite teams across AFL, NRL, Australian Athletics, Basketball, Netball, Cricket and A-League Soccer.
These experiences with sporting teams, as well as my training in Netball and more recently BodyBuilding has helped me develop extensive knowledge around program building & fitness training as well as massage techniques for injury prevention & recovery.
As a result, I have been fortunate enough to be able to help many of my clients to make positive improvements in their health, strength, athletic performance, and overall well-being.

I’m grateful that I get to work with people from all walks of life.
And my mission is to help people to not only move better - whether it be in the gym, around the house, or on the sporting field - but to also continue help develop ways my clients can sustain these improvements long term and look after their physical and mental well-being.
