For 2 years I have worked with Sporting Teams and Clubs to provide their Pre-Season Fitness Bootcamp Programs.
These are customised, tailored programs, specific to the goals and priorities of each individual team ahead of their upcoming season, and include pre and post program testing & measurements, strength. agility, overall fitness and speed.
